These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bb4bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bb4bet website located at https://bb4bet.net, including all related services, features, content, games, betting markets, payment services, and support channels (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the bb4bet website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the bb4bet platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of geographic location. However, bb4bet's primary target market is Bangladesh, and specific provisions relating to Bangladeshi Taka (৳) payments, local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and Bangladesh-specific regulatory context are incorporated throughout these Terms where relevant.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bb4bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bb4bet.

Access to and use of bb4bet is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bb4bet is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on bb4bet under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors or individuals without legal capacity are not permitted to use bb4bet.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of bb4bet or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers.
• Single account: You may only hold and operate one active bb4bet account at any time. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited regardless of the reason.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. bb4bet reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

bb4bet may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or payment method ownership from any player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

To access the full range of bb4bet services — including sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, and payment services — you must register a bb4bet account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details.

When registering your bb4bet account, you agree to the following:

• All information submitted during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, including your contact number or email address.
• You will keep your bb4bet username and password strictly confidential and will not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bb4bet account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You will notify bb4bet immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• You will not allow any other person to use your bb4bet account to place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

bb4bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform — bb4bet may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or raise compliance concerns.

bb4bet processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant mobile financial service, widely used across Bangladesh
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank MFS
• Bank transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bb4bet:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the cashier and may be updated periodically.
• bb4bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside bb4bet's control.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the anti-money-laundering verification process. bb4bet reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• bb4bet reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. During this process, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed pending completion of verification.

bb4bet is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and fairly. We will never unreasonably withhold legitimately earned winnings from a verified player whose account is in good standing.

All bets placed on bb4bet are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the sportsbook interface and supplement these general rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once bb4bet confirms it and issues a bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation should be treated as not placed.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted, subject to price change notifications prior to confirmation. bb4bet uses decimal odds as the default format.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Accumulator and system bet minimums are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• Maximum payout: bb4bet applies a maximum single-event payout limit, which is displayed in the sportsbook. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be partially accepted or declined.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets on bb4bet (including BPL and IPL cricket) are offered at bb4bet's discretion. In-play bets may be suspended or voided if there is a delay in data feeds or an event is abandoned.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, bb4bet will settle bets in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that event type.
• Errors in odds: bb4bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by human error, data feed malfunction, or system error. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the player's bb4bet balance.
• Bonus funds: Bets placed with bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

bb4bet reserves the right to limit bet stakes, market access, or event availability for any player at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other forms of betting abuse.

bb4bet offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players throughout the year. These include welcome bonuses for new players, BPL and IPL season promotions, Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh campaigns, and ongoing loyalty rewards for regular players.

The following general rules apply to all bb4bet bonuses and promotional offers:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Players must meet all stated requirements — including minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, and opt-in steps — to qualify for a bonus.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free bets expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from the player's balance without replacement.
• One promotion per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may not combine multiple promotions simultaneously. bb4bet reserves the right to determine which promotion applies where eligibility for multiple offers is claimed.
• Abuse of promotions: Any player found to be abusing bb4bet's bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account suspended.

bb4bet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bb4bet:

• Registering more than one bb4bet account, whether in your own name or under a false identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during account ownership
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated processes to interact with the bb4bet platform in any way, including placing bets, playing casino games, or accessing account features
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bb4bet platform — players who discover such issues are required to report them to [email protected] immediately
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the bb4bet platform
• Allowing a third party to use your bb4bet account or using another player's account on their behalf
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across bookmakers in a systematic manner that is detrimental to bb4bet
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bb4bet support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bb4bet platform, its software, or its intellectual property

bb4bet monitors player activity continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bb4bet reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

bb4bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity, age, or payment method verification within the requested timeframe
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Receipt of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit on the account
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial crime, or involvement in match-fixing
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under bb4bet's Responsible Gaming tools
• An account that has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bb4bet may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bb4bet reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with the specific breach involved.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bb4bet account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard identity verification checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb4bet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any bet or game outcome shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bb4bet shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage of any kind
• Loss or corruption of data, information, or software
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the bb4bet platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events
• Losses caused by a player's own failure to comply with these Terms or to keep their account credentials secure
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the bb4bet platform that contains errors or inaccuracies

bb4bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use bb4bet at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are appropriate for accessing the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bb4bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bb4bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasons for amendments may include changes to the platform's services, new regulatory requirements, updates to payment processing arrangements, changes to the game portfolio, or general improvements to the clarity and fairness of these Terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bb4bet will take reasonable steps to notify active players. Notification may be provided via a prominent notice on the bb4bet website, an email to the registered address on the player's account, or a message sent to the player's account inbox.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of bb4bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using bb4bet and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
